If anyone is on Facebook, given the forum is sadly dying
I have several groups on there
All friendly, all closed so probably as secure and more than this.

I have a UK migraine group. TMJ group. And Fibro group. For dealing with our NHS whilst enduring these

Also another for migraine. But includes fibro and ibs etc
