Howdy Folks,

I've been on a gluten free diet for a couple of months. Unfortunately it has made no difference in my migraines. It has, however, helped with other problems. For example, my allergy symptoms are greatly reduced. Overall, I feel a bit better even though it hasn't lessened my migraines.

Sorry it didn't help. That's what I often find with those kinds of diets. I've done both gluten and dairy -free. I now eat a small amount of gluten, and drink goat milk/eat goat butter, rather than cow, because it did help some other symptoms by cutting them out/

The more I learn from, people like Devin starlanyl. The more I think we need to look at the physical component of migraines. Trigger points and myofascial pain are a feature for me I'm sure. Drs are not helpful.

Hey Chris. Good to hear from you!!! Very Happy

I've got to confess, I've never tried any diets for migraine. Although food can sometimes tip me over the edge I really do not think it plays a major role in my migraine.

I'm sorry it didn't work for you Sad
