Electricity in the brain Empty Electricity in the brain

Post by ann004 Wed Mar 07, 2012 12:26 am

I'm just throwing this out there. I've read about electrical waves in the brain that cause migraines. By chance, does anyone else out there seem to have above average electric shocks. For instance, especially in the winter I can't even touch my car door handle without getting a shock. My hair is full of electricity, etc. Might sound crazy but makes more sense than food causing migraines (which in my case food doesn't).

I have always got bad static shocks from cars Linda.
And my hair carries it too.

I never really thought about it.
I wonder if it lines up with Olivia's thoughts at all??

Exactly what I was thinking. That is why I brought it up. This kind of stuff makes a heck of a lot more sense to me than "food" reactions.

I have always thought that my migraines feel like an electrical storm in my head.............sometimes that electric activity travels throughout my body and causes a seizure-like response. Lately I have been describing my migraines as neurological sh*t storms - seems apt to me!

Leslie, if you feel that. please read Olivia's book.
Linda would agree it sounds well worth a try for you.

Makes more sense than the stupid sex article as well...

Yes I do. I can't touch my car in the winter and at work I'm a mess. Anything/anyone I touch is an electrical schock!
I should try to light up a bulb with my finger. Maybe I'd find a way to save money on the bills Smile

If Olivia's theory is even half correct then it might explain why we have this static. I have 3 kids and the one who gets headaches sometimes is the one who also carries the static.
