Discovered a new trigger :(
I've been a vegetarian for years and the only thing I will admit to missing is a good pepperoni pizza. Finally I found this:

It has unleashed the monster and I can't get it back under control
Sometimes I think it would be easier to just quit eating.

I can't eat any of the quorn range, it all gives me migraines.
Today at church though I got offered various things and had to turn down about 80% of them, between being veggie and having migraine I agree, it would probably be easier to just quit eating. I need a manual I can give to people.

How do you find these things guys. In over 20 years I havent found a single thing I may imbibe. But they say can be 36 hours later......I wish I could find something.

I'm ok with chicken style quorn. The ham style rasher things had the same effect on me as the pepperoni. Wish I could work out why!!!

Re: Discovered a new trigger :(
Due to being a veggie that doesn't like vegetables and having food phobias, I have a very restricted diet. This makes it easy for me to see if something I have eaten has given me a migraine.Admin wrote:How do you find these things guys. In over 20 years I havent found a single thing I may imbibe. If I eat something new and I get a migraine the following day, I'll try it again. If the same happens again, I know what it is.
I guess having a rubbish diet has its advantages! Well, one advantage!!
I assume you have done the whole food diary etc, have you Pen?

Re: Discovered a new trigger :(
Oh yes, and again and again, and had food testing. Withdrew practically verything over the last 20 years bit by bit and never noticed a jot of difference. Dont have alcohol, it makes me feel weird (since FMS), but that's it...
