I've been a vegetarian for years and the only thing I will admit to missing is a good pepperoni pizza. Finally I found this:

It has unleashed the monster and I can't get it back under control Sad

Sometimes I think it would be easier to just quit eating.

I can't eat any of the quorn range, it all gives me migraines.

Today at church though I got offered various things and had to turn down about 80% of them, between being veggie and having migraine I agree, it would probably be easier to just quit eating. I need a manual I can give to people.

How do you find these things guys. In over 20 years I havent found a single thing I may imbibe. But they say can be 36 hours later......I wish I could find something.

It's a pain isn't it??

I'm ok with chicken style quorn. The ham style rasher things had the same effect on me as the pepperoni. Wish I could work out why!!!

Due to being a veggie that doesn't like vegetables and having food phobias, I have a very restricted diet. This makes it easy for me to see if something I have eaten has given me a migraine.

If I eat something new and I get a migraine the following day, I'll try it again. If the same happens again, I know what it is.

I guess having a rubbish diet has its advantages! Well, one advantage!!

I assume you have done the whole food diary etc, have you Pen?

Oh yes, and again and again, and had food testing. Withdrew practically verything over the last 20 years bit by bit and never noticed a jot of difference. Dont have alcohol, it makes me feel weird (since FMS), but that's it...
