It works by adding o-estrogen before your period when it is low. For those who are past menopause, I doubt that would work. The other approach is to increase progesterone. That can be done both pre and post menopause. I am quite sure it is behind a lot of our problems. There are just too many middle aged peri-menopausal or menopausal women (or those who have had hysterectomies) on here for it to be a coincidence.

I agree MG, but it seems the biggest problem we face, is that whilst the research seems to be all in one area (brain) yet we are all individuals. The attention to symptoms which we can recognise, is fragmented at best and at worst ignored.
