Shedding some light on menstrual migraines.
This is long and a bit techy, but worth a read.

I can't wait to be in menopause.
My granda's migraine stopped after menopause.
Since I'm very similar to her, I hope menopause will work for me too.

So I am seriously thinking of trying to get a hysterectomy. If this is all due to perimenopause, then maybe that would fix the problem.

Guys. I hope you have a better experience. We have been discussing this. On my fb group. Almost no one has had an improvement with menopause. They told me I would. 5 years later. They are still getting worse. And yet hormones are my only known trigger.
I'm still hoping. But not so much anymore.
